Take-home Activity: Fit for Life
It is time to get fit! This program is designed to encourage physical activity and working together as a family to increase activity! Did you know youth should get at least 60 minutes of physical activity daily while adults should be getting 150 minutes of activity weekly?
Consider distributing this creating awareness take-home activity for the Healthy Zone Level 2 Physical Activity/Fitness Package.
