Take-home Activity: Monthly Activity Log (Spanish)
Children and adolescents need 60 minutes or more of physical activity each day. The U.S. Surgeon General recommends you strive for at least 10,000 steps a day! Record the date and your total number of minutes of physical activity or steps for a month.
Consider distributing this creating awareness take-home activity for the Healthy Zone Level 1 Physical Activity Package or Level 2 Staff Wellness Package.

This family activity might be a challenge at first, but as you each get used to the new activities, you might look forward to them more than watching television!
