Healthy Smoothies on Polar Express Day

Kimball Elementary in Mesquite ISD loves to offer healthy snack alternatives on 'typically unhealthy' snack days (Halloween, etc). During December, our school had a Polar Express day where students wear PJs and rotate to all teachers and have PE themed activities. So this year for polar express day we offered Cherry Jubilee and Apple Pie smoothies to all students. Our student leadership team delivered the smoothies and they were a hit!!!
